The basic asset of the HORECA fairs complex in Krakow is its professional visitors (over 9700 last year) who represent:
- catering business: owners of restaurants, cafes, pubs, bars, canteens, chefs of hotel restaurants, cooks, confectioners, barmen, baristas
- hotel business: owners and managers of hotels, pensions, holiday resorts, sanatoria
- specialist shops, wine tasting clubs, distribution and retail networks
We attract all those that you wish to meet, your key clients and decision makers.
The HORECA International Trade Fair of Hotel and Catering Equipment is also a few interesting accompanying events:
- Kraków Waiters Run - this event will take place a few days before the 19th edition of the HORECA® International Trade Fair of Hotel and Catering Equipment held in Kraków on 16-18 November 2011
- Exhibition of Regional Products presented for the first time at the Fair, this exhibition addresses the needs of many visitors. Food producers from the Małopolska region will have three days to show their offers of original and unique products: cheeses, cold meats, alcoholic beverages (meads, fruit liqueurs, beers and wines), bread, honeys, juices and preserves. An attractive accompanying event will be the Enotourism Exhibition, where Polish wine producers will encourage you to visit Polish vineyards and find out about the secrets of wine production
- Coffee and Tea Salon - is a special area will host coffee and tea traders, coffee roasting plants and distributors of equipment, who will present their products and services. Consumers’ growing knowledge of the product and their expectations of the quality of hot drinks, as well as the demands of competition, naturally force the necessity to continually ensure high standards in roasting and serving coffee and tea. This is why the Salon will also include a cycle of presentations and training for baristas and personnel who prepare coffee or tea.
